Google Account (profile image, email address, name)
Email Account (email address, name entered at registration)
Access information (update time, IP address, etc.)
Debug information in the event of an unexpected termination
Input data within the application (participant names, lottery results, match results, gender,
rating, etc.)
Entries in feedback forms, request forms, and comment sections
2. Purpose of Use
The collected information is used for the following purposes:
Linking user accounts with in-app stored data
Providing services that allow users to share information with each other
Application operation verification, troubleshooting, and quality improvement

3. Security Measures
To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of user information, the following measures are implemented:

Hosts secure a dedicated area by registering an event name
Profile images and names are displayed on the host device for player identification
Hosts may review registered players, disable registration, or modify event names when necessary
4. External Transmission, Entrustment, and Third-Party Provision
Communication with Firebase
This application uses Firebase, a service provided by Google, for data storage,
authentication, synchronization, and related functions.
Information transmitted to Firebase is limited to what is necessary for providing the
application's features.
Firebase is a cloud service used to provide the functions of this application and
corresponds to a “contracted service provider” under the Act on the Protection of
Personal Information.
Google implements sufficient security measures and handles data appropriately based on
its Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Third-Party Provision
Except in the cases below, user information will not be provided to third parties. Transmission
to Firebase constitutes “entrustment” and is not considered third-party provision.
When a request is made by a public institution based on applicable laws and regulations
Overseas Transfer
As Firebase is provided by Google, an overseas operator, user information may be stored outside
Japan.
Such overseas transfers are conducted under Google’s security management measures.
5. Use of Statistical Information
Statistical information processed so that individuals cannot be identified may be published as
development, improvement, or technical reference material.
