第１条（本規約の目的）

本アプリに関する安全で継続的なサービス提供を行うための利用方法の明示が目的です。

第２条（規約の変更）

作者は、必要に応じて本規約の内容を改定することができるものとし、Play Storeでの告知により通知します。

第３条（アカウントの管理）

利用者は、利用に際して登録した情報（以下、「登録情報」といいます。メールアドレスやID・パスワード等を含みます）について、自己の責任の下、任意に登録、管理するものとします。利用者は、これを第三者に利用させ、または貸与、譲渡、名義変更、売買などをしてはならないものとします。

第４条（利用可能アカウント数）

本アプリでのログインアカウント数は２アカウント以下でご利用ください。 利用しないアカウントは適宜｢アカウント削除｣で消去して下さい。

第５条（個人情報等の取り扱い）

個人情報及び利用者情報については、作者が別途定める「Doubles Matchmakerプライバシーポリシー」に則り、適正に取り扱うこととします。

第６条（禁止行為）

本アプリの利用に際し、作者は、利用者に対し、次に掲げる行為を禁止します。利用者が禁止事項に違反したと作者が判断した場合、利用の一時停止、アカウントの削除その他必要と判断した措置を取ることができます。

1. 他者のプライバシーや知的財産権を侵害する行為
2. 他者の名誉・信用を毀損または不当に差別もしくは誹謗中傷する行為
3. ネットワークに過剰な負荷をかける行為
4. 利用サービスへの不正アクセス行為

第７条（免責）

作者は、本アプリの内容変更、中断、終了によって生じた損害や本アプリを利用した結果の正当性やデータの保全に関して責任を負いません。また、改善要望、不具合対処、問合わせ返答する義務を負いません。

第８条（連絡方法）

本アプリに関するご連絡・お問い合わせは、Play Storeへのコメント、またはサポートウェブサイト掲載の連絡方法により行うものとします。

第９条（本規約の有効性）

本規約の有効性，解釈及び履行については日本法に準拠し日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms for the safe and continuous provision of services related to the Application.

The author may revise these Terms as needed. Changes will be announced on the Play Store.

You are responsible for managing your registered information (including your email address, ID, and password). You must not share, lend, transfer, or sell your account to any third party.

You may use a maximum of two login accounts with this Application. Please delete unused accounts using the "Delete" button.

Personal and user information will be handled in accordance with the author's separate Doubles Matchmaker Privacy Policy.

When using the Application, the following acts are prohibited. If the author determines that you have violated these terms, they may suspend your use, delete your account, or take other necessary measures.

• Infringing on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
• Damaging the reputation and credibility of others or unfairly discriminating against or defaming others
• Placing an excessive load on the network
• Unauthorized access to the services

The author is not liable for any damages arising from changes to, suspension, or termination of the Application, nor for the validity of results or the preservation of data. Furthermore, the author is not obligated to respond to improvement requests, address issues, or answer inquiries.

The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
